The Fledge Foundation is a 501 C3 funded through 3 main sources: community donations, grants (mostly non-governmental), and financial support from the Fledge and Norris Family.

**Managed Conflict of Interest (Waiver)** The Fledge Foundation pays $1,000/month rent to the Fledge LLC, which is owned by Jerry and Shannon Norris. Jerry Norris serves as the Executive Director of the Fledge Foundation (unpaid/voluntary). This arrangement has been approved by the independent board members based on market rate analysis. Jerry is not a member of the board. Shannon recuses herself from votes related to the lease terms.

The Foundation has operated as a small non-profit with a budget consistently under $250,000. We try to run on volunteers as much as possible. In 2026 Board members will be compensated with FLDG Coin.

Starting in 2026, the Board Agenda, Meeting Minutes and all other records will be stored and available on the site: foundation.collective.thefledge.com. Note: this site is not yet created.
